Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including couples facing relational challenges, families dealing with the impacts of grief or trauma, and individuals seeking to improve their interpersonal skills. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and it is essential to approach each case with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of all state-mandated certifications and licenses, including an active LMFT license in New Jersey.

• A strong foundation in family systems theory and therapeutic approaches, backed by relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a meaningful, therapeutic manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
