Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active nursing license
• Experience in patient care across various age groups

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during the designated shift.
• Prescribe nursing care based on the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Coordinate patient care delivery and incorporate teaching and discharge planning into the overall plan of care.
• Delegate certain aspects of patient care delivery to other nursing staff based on clinical competence and legal scope of practice.
