Global Events Marketing Manager

Global Events Manager

Smartdept. is searching for a Global Events Manager for a healthcare technology client located in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is an ongoing contract opportunity.

This role supports the planning and execution of global events across trade shows, conferences, and corporate initiatives within a healthcare technology environment.

What You'll Do:

Plan, manage, and execute global events including trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics across multiple regions
Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting
Support brand presence and messaging consistency across all events

What You'll Need:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field required
5+ years of experience managing global or international events
Experience with healthcare, technology, or B2B environments a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with trade show and exhibit management
Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
