Advanced Client Solutions Specialist (Telephone Banker) – 2nd Shift Location: East Providence, RI 02915 (On-site) Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM Pay: $25/hour Summary Hiring an Advanced Client Solutions Specialist / Telephone Banker to support customers by phone in a high-volume financial services environment. If you have strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills, this Telephone Banker role offers a fast-paced setting where you’ll build rapport, uncover needs, and recommend banking solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with call center, banking, or sales experience who enjoy helping clients reach financial goals.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional support using active listening and clear communication
Build relationships by uncovering needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services
Assist with banking solutions such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loan-related options
Quote rates, terms, and program details while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Resolve customer questions and concerns by creating customized solutions
Identify needs requiring licensed support and make referrals to the appropriate partners
Document interactions and manage risk by following policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Navigate multiple systems/tools while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Customer service experience in a high-volume environment (call center experience preferred)
Comfort with needs-based conversations, objection handling, and recommending solutions
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems/technology quickly
Reliable schedule availability for Tuesday–Saturday, including weekends/holidays as needed
Sales, cross-selling/upselling, or financial services experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience in financial services strongly preferred; backgrounds often align well from large banks such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Citibank, TD, or M&T
Preferred: inbound/outbound contact center experience (phone/chat/video)
Preferred: personal banker experience managing high client volume
