Customer Service Specialist

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a Customer Services Specialist for an immediate opening.

Title: Customer Services Specialist
Duration 3-month contract with potential extension/conversion
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract on W2
Location : Tempe, AZ or Dallas,TX 3 days in/ 2 days remote

In this role, you will:

• Contact customers to confirm business needs and qualify leads
• Route confirmed referrals to dedicated sales consultants through a structured handoff process
• Support Spanish-speaking customers as needed by prioritizing language-specific service
• Track all customer contact attempts and maintain accurate, detailed referral notes
• Remain available for warm handoffs and customer transitions between triage and sales (for pilot sales consultants)
• Participate in weekly feedback sessions to share insights, customer feedback, and process improvement opportunities
• Support pilot evaluation efforts by documenting outcomes, tracking referral activity, and contributing to conversion analysis
• Adapt to evolving pilot processes and workload adjustments as the program is refined

An ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing customer follow-ups, documentation, and pipeline activities preferred
• Strong attention to detail with accurate note-taking and record management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Service, Contract Validation, and Underwriting teams
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20hr - $25/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
