Japanese Bilingual HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities as well as day-to-day HR operations. This role will manage recruiting activities while also supporting onboarding, employee support, HR administration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with 1+ year of HR or recruiting experience are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong Japanese language skills in Reading, Writing, and Speaking . Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers. Work with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and candidate needs. Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain employee records and update HR systems, HRIS, and ATS. Support employee relations and respond to HR-related questions. Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day administrative activities. Work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, sales teams, vendors, and other business groups. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related area. Japanese bilingual proficiency is required – Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Experience with recruiting, sourcing, screening, or interview coordination. Knowledge of basic HR processes and employment practices. Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR/recruiting systems is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders. Strong team player with a professional and collaborative approach. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Preferred Candidate Profile Japanese-speaking HR or recruiting professional. Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English .
