▶︎ Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients for IT solutions and services.
• Manage and grow long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans aligned with customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from business development through account management.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and progress updates for management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and business partners to support joint service delivery.
• Support project coordination and technical resource planning for customer engagements.
• Expand existing customer accounts by identifying additional business opportunities (Account Farming).

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Account Management, Business Development, or IT Solution Sales.
• Experience working directly with executive-level customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and chat applications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with vendor or partner management is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
