Account ManagerCorpcare Services Inc.North Dallas, Corporate PositionUnder the direction of the Corpcare Services management team, the Account Manager is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and laundry services and management of staff of almost thirty people. This position is for those who have excellent administrative skills and experience working in a corporate setting. You will need to attend weekly management meetings, deliver daily and weekly reports as well as train your staff on protocol and supersede our clients expectations.Essential Functions Statement(s):Maintenance ServicesPerform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assignedAssist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materialsPerform daily and weekly reportsOrder supplies and maintain the supply chain orderWalk the property daily to ensure all areas are well maintained and client satisfaction is guaranteedNotify client of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetingsResponsible for knowledge of property specific and experience with route plansPerform other duties as requiredKnowledgeable of floors and how to maintain floorsCustomer ServiceCarry out maintenance aspects according the clients guidelines, including scheduling staff and vendors, ordering new supplies, and working with the onsite client on other necessary improvementsComplete all work orders accordance with company standardsAvailable for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as scheduledMay occasionally be required to assist in daily cleaningRun errands to support the property as necessary (not often required) however if in inclement weather you will be asked to drive employees from side of the site to the otherQualificationsSKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment up to the standard of an Account ManagerExperience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experienceTechnical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred; Office 365 and excellent communication skills including writing a proper emailOther Requirements: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportationJob Type: Full-timePay: $15 NegotiableBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOn call
