Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler for a direct hire opportunity in Hawthorne, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• 1-2 years of assembly experience

•

Good eye-hand coordination and ability to use small hand tools

•

Basic computer skills and knowledge of math

•

Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings

•

Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow procedures for solid-state relay assembly and testing.

•

Maintain labor logs and prepare reports

• .

Perform manual and automatic relay testing

• .

Use equipment for various applications and assist with moderately complex assignments.

•

Read and interpret specifications and drawings accurately.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

•

Technical training or certification.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS

• Full-Time

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
