Location You will be based in NewYork or Dallas. Our east‑coast hub is based in NewYork City. We’re looking for outstanding consultants with 3‑5 years’ experience to join our global team. You’ll be ready (and excited) to hit the ground running, make a real impact on our client’s business, and help shape their thinking from day one. Requirements A graduate of a minimum bachelor’s degree and/or post‑graduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent qualification with 3‑5 years’ work experience Ability to work with clients as a trusted advisor, understand their business challenges, and deliver the highest quality of work beyond their expectations Intellectually curious with strong qualitative and quantitative skills Passionate about solving problems and astutely commercially aware Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to powerfully communicate with senior stakeholders Real team player, able to work and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds internally and externally Confident self‑starter who demonstrates resilience in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with a determination to deliver beyond expectations for clients Willing to travel locally or globally at short notice to meet client demands Self‑aware, embraces feedback, strives for continual improvement, and supports the development of others around you We’re building a business together – for ourselves, and for our clients.
