Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Detroit, MI Full-Time or Part-Time | Center-Based or In-Home Looking for a meaningful & flexible career? Competitive pay: $18-23/hour , based on experience and location Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week) Mileage reimbursement for in-home services What You’ll Do: Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills Accurately track data and progress in real-time Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training Scheduling & Compensation $18-23/hour depending on qualifications You’re a strong fit if you: Enjoy working with children and making a lasting impact Are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Can pass a background check and complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) onboarding Bonus if you have: experience in ABA, education, childcare, or psychology-related fields About Akoya Behavioral Health Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned ABA therapy provider rooted in family-centered care.
