We’re looking for you to join our team as a Senior Principal Contract Administrator based out of Woodland Hills, California . This is a full‑time onsite position that offers the 9/80 schedule. Responsibilities The Senior Principal Contract Administrator will support contractual activity within the Navigation, Intelligence and Connectivity (NIC) Division under the Navigation and Cockpit Systems (NACS) Business Unit for the Navigator Operation Unit reporting to the Contracts Manager of the Navigator Operating Unit. Review terms and conditions to address provisions and risks of financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, warranty, intellectual property, termination provisions, indemnification and all other potential risk areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Under general supervision, develop solutions to both routine and complex contractual matters to ensure company compliance with contract requirements on assigned programs. Assist management in achieving financial goals related to cash management and sales. Act as a primary interface with customer for contractual issues; monitor contract and the associated program to ensure that contractual obligations are communicated and understood. Prepare written communications with internal and external customers for assigned contractual matters. Maintain contract data in Contract Management System. Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables and submission of invoices. Prepare proprietary information agreements, teaming agreements, export licenses/agreements and various types of memoranda. This role will have significant visibility within high‑visibility programs, including Division and Sector submittals and reviews, and must manage tight deadlines in a complex environment. The selected candidate will be directly involved in negotiations with the customer as a strategic team member. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Government Contracts or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in Government Contracts Administration/Management. Experience with FAR/DFARS and International Non‑US Government contracting. Experience working with various contract types such as Time & Material, Cost types, Firm Fixed Price, Other Transactions, etc. Experience working with proposal development and negotiations. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in U.S. Government Department of Defense contract administration & Non‑U.S. Government contracting management. Experience with FAR/DFAR. Experience working independently and collaborating with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Experience briefing internal and external customers. Experience with the SAP Sales & Distribution Module. Experience in ITAR Export knowledge. Current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
