Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Job Description Earn $14.00 per hour. Responsibilities Work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations. Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Follow hourly schedule: flexible full‑time work between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm, with weekends until 5:00 pm. Physical Requirements Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk, climb stairs, and open large doors for up to 50% of work time in outdoor environments. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation: Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle to travel between different work locations; mileage reimbursement is available.
