Physical Therapist

Location: Seattle, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one outpatient care in a full-time weekday role. You will help patients improve mobility, manage pain, rebuild strength, and work toward practical recovery goals. This is a strong fit for someone who values patient education, structured treatment planning, and a schedule that allows for focused, consistent care.

Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations and set measurable treatment goals
• Design treatment plans based on patient needs and progress
• Lead exercise-based therapy sessions and functional retraining
• Apply manual therapy and other treatment techniques as needed
• Review patient progress and update plans regularly
• Educate patients on home programs and safe movement patterns
• Maintain documentation that meets clinic and compliance standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• New graduates are welcome to apply depending on fit
