This full-time contract position offers 35 hours per week, with potential for renewal, and welcomes both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Candidates should feel comfortable working collaboratively with staff and families to develop effective intervention plans and support each student’s communication development. To excel in this position, you should demonstrate strong assessment, documentation, and therapy skills tailored to early learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required—must have PEL in hand.
- Accepting both CCC and CFY applicants.
- Previous experience or clinical practice in a school or early learning center setting working with pediatric populations.
- Ability to adapt approaches based on individual student needs and educational goals.
Expected Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in an early childhood school environment.
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to ensure comprehensive support for students.
