AAA Insurance Agency Team Membe r - Licensed Sales & Service Representative 

Location: Full-time, in-person position in Waterford, Michigan
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends
Expected Compensation: $50,000–$65,000+ | Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

$2,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates with current AAA or Meemic experience, paid after 90 days.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building lasting client relationships.

You’ll assist existing clients with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to improve their coverage, save them money, and earn additional income through sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing inquiries, payments, and policy changes 
• Explain insurance options clearly and help clients make confident decisions 
• Review policies for coverage gaps, discounts, and retention opportunities 
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance 
• Follow up with clients, leads, referrals, and underwriting requirements 
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the agency team

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license 
• Insurance Agency, sales, or customer service experience 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership 
• Positive, coachable, and a strong team player 
• Comfortable working in a small, open office with a close-knit team and regular client interaction 
• Life and Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
