Overview Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Reedley, California. Travel – temporary assignment starting 08/17/2026 for about 8 weeks. 36 hours per week on a 12‑hour day shift (3x12s). Monitor labor progress, fetal status, and maternal condition; administer medications per orders and document care accurately. Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members. Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other disciplines to ensure safe and effective patient care. Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to clinical decisions; elevate concerns as appropriate. Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and transition care within the scope of L&D.
