How You Will Make An Impact Lead field crews in daily residential construction operations to ensure efficient project delivery. Execute high‑quality framing, siding, roofing, and drywall hanging according to project specifications. Oversee precise installation of windows, doors, and other structural components. Coordinate daily on‑site tasks and delegate responsibilities to maintain strict project timelines. Mentor and train junior team members in carpentry techniques and field safety standards. Manage material handling and logistical workflows to keep construction sites organized. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven leadership experience running crews in a residential construction environment. 5+ years of related work experience in residential general construction. Strong technical proficiency in framing, siding, roofing, and drywall installation. Demonstrated ability to accurately install doors and windows with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills necessary for managing daily team dynamics and operations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification in carpentry. Prior experience managing tool safety and executing precise material takeoffs.
