About the Role:
We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Orchard Brooke Assisted Living Center. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. Your warm and friendly demeanor will help create a sense of community and comfort for our residents, making you an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors, and manage the front desk
• Answer and direct phone calls, as well as respond to correspondence and messages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Provide administrative support to the staff and management team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Offer a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with basic computer software and technology
Job Type: PART_TIME, 16 hours per week to include every other weekend
