Shift Manager – McDonald’s® restaurants are looking for engaged individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a Shift Manager, you will lead crews, monitor shift performance, enforce health and safety, and maintain profitability. Responsibilities Lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. Plan shift staffing and scheduling. Monitor performance and take corrective action. Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for continuity. Achieve shift targets and support department goals. Oversee inventory and daily maintenance. Manage crew and provide training. Ensure safety and security of the restaurant. As a Shift Manager you may also be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training This position is at an independent franchise location.
