They plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Food safety Internal communication Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Training Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced work.
