Job Description

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee budgets, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Support in resolving project-related issues and implementing solutions promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Experience assisting on interior focused projects up to $4M
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software-Procore and tools used in construction project management.
