We're looking for a motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working in a goal-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, business development, or appointment setting who are looking to grow their career in a professional office environment.
What You'll Do
- Contact prospective customers to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Build rapport and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
- Qualify leads by asking appropriate questions and gathering key information.
- Accurately update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects as needed.
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, inside sales, or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
