Now Hiring: Full-Time Maintenance Director Responsibilities: Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department. Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays. Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department. Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned by Administrator. Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience is required Ability to work independently or part of a group. NFPA 101 Life Safety CODE. HVAC Licensure preferred, Plumbing, and Carpentry Knowledge Complete Care at Fox Hill is an equal opportunity employer.
