Resumes Accepted: August 18, 2026 – August 31, 2026 Starting Salary: $50,290.00 (negotiable upon experience) Days/Hours: 5 Days, Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Description: The Paralegal will be responsible for coordinating and assisting agency attorneys with preparing for meetings, hearings, mediations, and trials. Role and Responsibilities: Summarize legal documents Notarize documents Perform records and legal research Check legal documents for accuracy Prepare and proof reports, pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents Assemble and electronically file court documents Research case law Maintain legal files Physical Demands: Bend, walk, sit, stand for long periods Able to see, hear, speak Repetitive motion using coordination and dexterity abilities Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements: Must be a certified Paralegal or possess equivalent degree 4-6 years of law firm experience Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License or state issued ID card Must possess a Social Security Card Must be 18 years old or older Must have obtained a high school or GED diploma Must be a US Citizen or possess a current permanent resident card Must not have been convicted of a felony Must not have used illegal drugs in the last 12 months Must not have received a dishonorable discharge from the United States Armed Forces Must be able to work various hours with rotating days off, as well as weekends, holidays, and emergency events such as hurricanes Must be able to speak, write and understand the English language Preferred Skills: Good writing and communication skills Computer literacy and good typing skills Ability to prioritize Ability to work under a tight schedule In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles Annual Compensation: Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits; As an employee you do not pay a premium for yourself or any covered dependents for these benefits.
