Are you passionate about the automotive industry and helping customers find the right parts for their vehicles? Do you enjoy building relationships and providing top-notch customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Outside Parts Sales Representative at North American Truck & Trailer, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Identify and generate sales leads
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Provide quotes and follow up with customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Knowledge of truck and trailer parts is a plus
- Valid driver's license
