RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a client in the body transformation industry that is seeking a Wellness Coach for its Pinecrest, Florida location.

Our client is developing a transformational center that combines personalized programs, advanced non surgical body technologies, progress tracking, coaching, and ongoing support. This full time role compensation $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, Plus performance based commissions and bonus pay, benefits, structured training, and advancement opportunities.

As Wellness Coach, you would guide clients through their weight loss and body transformation journeys while supporting treatment delivery, education, accountability, follow up, and daily center operations.

Key job duties, among others:

• Serve as a trusted coach throughout each client's transformation program
• Educate clients on available services and how approved solutions may support their goals
• Perform body sculpting and wellness treatments according to established protocols
• Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and capture before and after photos
• Support scheduling, client communication, payment processing, and center operations
• Build client relationships and help clients remain motivated and accountable

Experience in fitness, personal training, wellness coaching, hospitality, customer service, consultative sales, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications are preferred but not required. Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
