Landscape Sales & Project Manager – High-End Landscape & Hardscape

Northeast GA | Full-Time | $60,000–$80,000 Base + Commission: Expected Total Earnings $80,000 - $150,000

The Role

Redwood Outdoor Designs is hiring a Landscape Sales & Project Manager to own client projects from first consultation to final walkthrough. About 75% of your time will go to sales and design: meeting homeowners, solving their outdoor problems, and designing spaces they’ll love. The rest goes to project management: making sure every job is scheduled, supplied, and built to Redwood standards. You’ll report directly to the owner, Jordan, and play a key leadership role as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Consultations : Meet with clients (high intent leads provided by Redwood; no cold calling; no door knocking), understand their problems and goals, and develop a plan.
• Design : Create full landscape designs using Realtime Landscape Architect when a project calls for it.
• Estimates & Proposals: Build accurate estimates and proposals that meet profit-margin goals.
• Sales: Follow up with clients, gather feedback on proposals, and win projects.
• Project Management: Schedule labor and materials, kick off projects with the crew, and manage each job to completion, including material pickups, change orders, client communication, and quality control.

Our average project size in 2026 is $23,000, with projects ranging from 5k to 500k; you’ll manage 1-2 of the projects you’ve sold at a time while keeping your focus on sales.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in the landscape or hardscape industry (5+ preferred)
• Strong knowledge of outdoor materials (plants, grasses, pavers, stone) and outdoor services (retaining walls, paver patios, masonry, irrigation, grading)
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a knack for building trust quickly
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to safely tow with a truck and trailer
• Fluent in English (Spanish a major plus)
• Preferred: Experience with landscape design or estimating software
