Litigation Paralegal/Evictions

Boutique Law Firm in Boca Raton has an opening for a full-time, experienced Evictions/Litigation Paralegal to join its growing real estate and landlord-tenant practice.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling residential and commercial eviction matters under Florida Statute Chapter 83 , with a strong background in litigation support, e-filing, and case management. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal
• Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, property managers, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation
• Prepare judgment packets and coordinate post-judgment enforcement (including writs of possession)
• Maintain organized case files and support efficient workflow across the litigation team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation or eviction paralegal in a Florida law firm
• Thorough knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law and eviction procedures
• Proficiency with the Florida E-Filing Portal , court docket systems, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced practice
• Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred; Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) a plus
