Litigation Paralegal/Evictions
\nBoutique Law Firm in Boca Raton has an opening for a full-time, experienced Evictions/Litigation Paralegal to join its growing real estate and landlord-tenant practice.
\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling residential and commercial eviction matters under Florida Statute Chapter 83 , with a strong background in litigation support, e-filing, and case management. This position offers a professional environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly respected legal team.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal \n
- Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearings, mediations, and trials \n
- Communicate with clients, property managers, opposing counsel, and court staff \n
- Assist attorneys with discovery, document production, and trial preparation \n
- Prepare judgment packets and coordinate post-judgment enforcement (including writs of possession) \n
- Maintain organized case files and support efficient workflow across the litigation team \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 3+ years of experience as a litigation or eviction paralegal in a Florida law firm \n
- Thorough knowledge of Florida landlord-tenant law and eviction procedures \n
- Proficiency with the Florida E-Filing Portal , court docket systems, and Microsoft Office \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced practice \n
- Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred; Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) a plus \n
