Family Law Paralegal
Location: Boca Raton, FL (in person)
Compensation: $65,000–$72,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time
Hiring timeline: ASAP
A confidential law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support a busy family law litigation practice. This role is best suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing deadlines, and able to support attorneys through case preparation, filings, discovery, and client communication.
Key responsibilities
• Draft, prepare, and organize family law pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and case materials.
• Maintain case files, calendars, hearing dates, deadlines, and attorney follow-up items.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal team members professionally.
• Assist with trial preparation, document production, and litigation support.
Qualifications
• Prior family law or litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal document preparation, court filings, and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in person in Boca Raton, FL.
