Sizanid Staffing is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager (Events) to join our team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading event sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, managing event budgets, and developing impactful corporate and job seeker-focused events that strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Developing and executing strategic event sales plans tailored toward job seekers, corporate organizations, and HR industry stakeholders.
• Creating and managing event sales budgets while ensuring strict adherence to approved financial plans and profitability goals.
• Planning and coordinating revenue-generating events including webinars, seminars, career fairs, networking sessions, and virtual engagements.
• Forecasting event sales revenue, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve profitability and attendance.
• Developing and organizing high-level corporate engagement events targeted at Managing Directors, CEOs, HR Managers, and other business leaders to showcase the company's HR and recruitment solutions.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations within the HR and events ecosystem.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and long-term business growth.
• Developing effective vendor management and negotiation strategies to ensure quality service delivery within budget.
• Preparing sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensuring all events are professionally executed, revenue-focused, and aligned with organizational objectives.
