Location: Houston, TX.

Pay: $22.00 $25.00 per hour (based on education/experience).

Schedule: MondayFriday | Shifts ranging between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM. Weekends & Overtime: Based on project needs.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temporary (68 weeks with potential extension up to 39 weeks).

Responsibilities:

• Research and clean up voter registration rolls across multiple databases and public records.
• Cross-reference voter information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from registered voters regarding registration status and details.
• Process voter registration applications and address updates.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for data entry, logging, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere strictly to county confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced $25/hr. research roles).
• 1+ year of professional customer service or administrative experience.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (Testing required).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and dependable work habits.
