ID: 76736765. Shift: 36-40 hours per week Monday–Friday with evening hours—schedule flexible (3×12, 4×10, or variable 8). No weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties. Clinic hours: 7 am to 7 pm (weekends closed). May float to inpatient occasionally. Responsibilities include direct patient care, evaluating and treating a variety of individuals in an outpatient rural health setting; supervising and developing assistants; providing 1‑on‑1 care; using Epic documentation; and managing caseloads across ortho, neuro, and ages 10‑100.
