What You'll Do

• Consistently generate, pull, and analyze daily and weekly campaign performance reports to monitor key metrics, pacing, and efficiency.
• Translate complex campaign analytics into clear, actionable optimization strategies, including keyword refinements and bid adjustments, to directly improve performance.
• Execute end-to-end search campaigns, meticulously optimizing account configurations and keyword targeting for peak performance and maximum reach.
• Drive revenue growth by utilizing strategic campaign management and budget optimization techniques to maximize partner return on investment and unlock new account opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, account management, campaign management, and Ad Tech partners to ensure cohesive, alignment-driven strategies that deliver superior results.
• Synthesize operational insights and data trends to provide valuable feedback, fueling continuous improvements in advertising products and tools.
• Communicate findings and campaign impact clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders through data-driven reporting.

• Retail Media Expertise: Deep familiarity with the retail media landscape, e-commerce advertising networks, and the dynamics of digital shopper marketing.
• Search Marketing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in paid search environments, including advanced keyword targeting, effective bid strategies, and robust performance execution.
• Advanced Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel for comprehensive data manipulation, detailed campaign reporting, insightful trend analysis, and precise performance modeling.
• Analytical Acumen: A proven ability to transform raw campaign metrics into data-backed optimization recommendations that drive tangible results.
• Paid Search Execution Track Record: Strong experience managing significant search budgets, utilizing bid management systems, and architecting effective account structures.
• Revenue-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated success in connecting campaign optimizations directly to measurable business outcomes and achieving partner success.
