This role blends strategic thinking with strong project management to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, aligned with customer journeys, and optimized for business impact. You will collaborate across multiple teams to bring campaigns to life while continuously improving processes and workflows.What you'll do here:Project managing end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring efficiency and alignment between marketing partners and functional team areas.Working with Marketing Team members to understand and act on integrated campaign plans that improve conversion rates and business outcomes.Collaborating and prioritizing work across functional teams including content, creative, web, media, and events to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.Applying our designated project management system, Workfront, to further seamless cooperation and collaboration.Reflecting on process improvements and developing new strategies to boost workflow efficiency and productivity.Balancing a robust project portfolio while maintaining high-performance standards.Skills you will need here:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with a strong track record.Proficiency in Workfront is preferred, or a similar project management tool.Outstanding communication skills for interacting with both internal and external collaborators.Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical abilities.Cengage is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
