• Follow approved scripts and compliance standards
• Accurately record donation information
• Maintain required performance metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  
• 6+ months remote OR 1 year onsite customer service
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Dedicated home workspace

• Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM)
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Wired high-speed internet
• Dual monitors recommended
• No Mac/Chromebook devices

Compensation & Flexibility
