Join us and discover a workplace where your ideas matter, your development is prioritized, and you can truly make a global impact.ResponsibilitiesThe Scrum Master II is an experienced Scrum Master who excels at guiding and coaching Scrum teams in the application of Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework to deliver high-value outcomes for customers. They are skilled at protecting development teams from external distractions, removing impediments, and fostering a safe, trusting environment where team members can openly raise concerns without fear of blame. Their approach emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and team empowerment, enabling teams to become self-organized and accountable. They facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while promoting transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
