Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health status, strengths, and challenges, providing a foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating coordinated care to address various aspects of patients’ mental, emotional, and physical health.

• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, ensuring they feel empowered and informed to participate in their care.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities to foster long-lasting positive change.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
