Our client is looking for a Salesforce Functional Solution Architect project in Remote below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title : Salesforce Functional Solution Architect/ Senior Technical Business System Analyst
Location : Atlanta, GA
Required Skills : CIAM, Salesforce, Security & Compliance
Job description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience as a Technical BSA, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms and customer authentication.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud / Customer Community architecture .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce guest user security, roles, profiles, permissions, and compliance .
- Experience with MFA, authentication flows, user registration, account lifecycle, and session management .
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, API Gateway, and integration patterns .
- Ability to translate business objectives into functional/technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
- Experience creating process flows, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, decision logs, and dependency documentation .
- Strong stakeholder facilitation skills across Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and external partners .
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall, testing traceability, defect triage, release readiness, and platform modernization .
