We’ve successfully trained professionals from hospitality (restaurants, bars, hotels, or retail) for this role. What You’ll Do: As a Service Consultant, you’ll: Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and check them in for service appointments. Discuss and confirm requested services, providing clear and helpful communication. Monitor vehicle progress, follow up with updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
