What You’ll Do Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations that add value to clients. Confidently market, explain, and sell insurance products to both new leads and existing clients. Act as the go-to problem solver by overseeing and resolving complex customer issues. What We’re Looking For Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals. Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust quickly. Ability to adapt, lead conversations, and close opportunities. Must hold Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses – or be willing to obtain them.
