We are looking for a California-licensed Trust Administration Attorney who is brilliant, deeply empathetic, and ready to help grieving families navigate the messy, emotional aftermath of losing a loved one. You will focus on Trust Administration, Conservatorship, Trust Management, and occasionally Probate.

• Licensed & Experienced: You hold a J.D., an active CA Bar license, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and Probate.

Compensation:

$110,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Client meetings
• Reviewing documents
• Drafting pleadings 
• Attending court hearings
• Analyzing and advising on matters
• Determining the strategy
• Working with Paralegals and Legal Assistants to progress the case

Qualifications:

• California Bar License

• 5 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Probates

• Knowledge of the CA probate code, specifically Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and Trust Managements

• Experience in Estate Planning is not required, but extremely helpful
