Finance Manager - M4

Lead and guide multiple analysts in continued process improvement, reporting efficiencies, and product quality Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities Analyze data quickly and provide informed business decisions Provide financial analysis and business acumen across the Global Patriot portfolio of programs Interpret and support implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and Procedures for program personnel Support quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) creation, including costs, risks, and opportunities at the Program/Mission Area level Perform detailed financial analysis of total program and mission area cost elements to explain monthly variances to budget baseline and EAC positions Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP Prepare and maintain budgets Complete monthly Earned Value reporting in compliance with Raytheon 10255 policy, including monthly performance metrics and Budget Change Requests (BCRs) Requirements A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems Experience with financial systems (SAP, APEX, AO) or similar processes Experience in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel U.S. citizenship is required Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis concepts, related systems, and processes Strong ability to self-manage / prioritize workload Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and distribute information through various lenses for decision making Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform independently and in team environments Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, program controls, and Earned Value Management Systems, with a strong focus on data interpretation and decision-making.
