What You’ll Do Partner with crypto, blockchain, and Web3 companies to fill roles across engineering, product, compliance, marketing, and beyond. Build and manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. Leverage our proprietary frameworks (like AlphaScreen and Proof of Fit) to deliver 3–5 perfect candidates, not 20 maybes. Provide clients with advisory support on hiring strategy, comp benchmarks, and team structure. Nurture relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor for their career paths.
