Direct Support Professional – Pasadena, CA (EBSH Adult Residential Facility) Job Title: Direct Support Professional 1 or 2 Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Assist clients with bathroom needs, including toileting and hygiene. Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing as needed. Prepare daily meals and assist with clean‑up. Pick‑up and drop‑off clients in company vans from/to their home or facility (when necessary). Qualifications Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Certifications: CPR/First Aid, CPI, and must have DSP 1 & DSP 2 certificates. RBT certification must be completed within 6 months of hire; training provided. Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism) or mental illnesses (e.g., Bipolar) with challenging behaviors strongly preferred. Driving: Valid in‑state driver’s license, over 21, current registration and insurance, driving record with no more than 2 points in the last 3 years. Application: Must successfully pass all pre‑employment requirements, including background check and physical. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
