ROLE - SPECIALTY

Schedule: Night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Ability to perform patient assessments
- Experience with pain management techniques
- Skills in patient education and care coordination

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Provide patient care considering the specific needs related to age and condition.
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments as required.
- Develop and implement teaching plans for patients and families based on identified learning needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
