Senior Sales Manager

Senior Sales Manager Company: PO Lighting USA Inc., Troy, MI. Responsibilities Analyze, manage, and assure current and future product development and manufacturing capacities and capabilities. Plan, develop, manage, deploy, and control sales strategies, sales performance, and maintain full communication responsibility for OEM Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) customer relationships and sales accounts. Manage short, medium, and long‑term objectives, current and future business pursuits for multi‑million‑dollar lighting systems accounts for BEV passenger vehicle headlight, tailgate, bodyside, turn, grille, fascia lamps, and center high mounted stop lamps. Oversee HL lighting electronics, printed circuit boards/assemblies, and tailgate products. Travel within the U.S. to meet OEM BEV maker senior purchasing/engineering employees to negotiate agreements and present new technologies and advanced development projects; travel to Mexican plant for customer business meetings, up to six weeks per appointment. Qualifications Twenty‑four (24) months of experience as a Senior Sales Manager or related role, planning, deploying, and controlling sales strategies, performance, and full communication responsibility for OEM automotive customer relationships. Experience managing sales accounts and objectives for multi‑million‑dollar lighting or external system accounts, or related.
