Organization The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is a founder‑owned organization focused on providing high‑quality services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder. CARD is among the world’s largest ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) providers, working across the U.S. with trained behavior technicians, Certified Behavior Analysts, and researchers to deliver comprehensive, individualized treatment programs. Position Overview Remote Location – TX, Austin, Texas 78701 Hourly Rate: $20.00 The Junior Recruiter supports center operations leadership by sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for assigned centers in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process under the guidance of Lead Recruiter and TA Manager. Build active and passive applicant pipelines through research, direct outreach, and community/college partnerships. Promote company reputation via social media, professional networking sites, and community engagement. Maintain applicant tracking system and document recruitment data. Interview applicants by phone, video, or in person; analyze resumes and qualifications against job requirements. Develop and manage candidate experience, strategic communication, requisition ownership, and hiring‑manager relationships. Create weekly activity reports using key recruitment metrics and consistently meet or exceed weekly goals. Contribute to recruiting meetings with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Corporate Leadership, and fellow recruiters. Represent CARD policy and conduct all interactions professionally and ethically with internal and external stakeholders. Stay current with industry knowledge through seminars, professional publications, and organizations. Perform any other duties assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1‑2 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. English proficiency, both verbal and written. College coursework up to a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy, or others preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills working with individuals at all levels. Strong time‑management and process‑oriented mindset. Superior written and verbal communication. Ability to multi‑task and handle large phone correspondence loads. Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, applicant tracking systems, social media, and related software. Cold‑calling and talent sourcing ability using provided tools and templates. Maintain high discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility for varying shifts as required by the company. Work Environment Typical remote office environment with minimal noise. Some travel may be required to visit clinics or attend local and out‑of‑state hiring events. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for prolonged periods. Ability to work on a computer for the majority of the day. Ability to use phone or teleconference as needed.
