We are looking for a motivated, driven, and relationship-focused Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates while building strong relationships with talent and helping clients fill critical hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Source & Screen Candidates Identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking events, and other sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Candidate Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Understand candidates' career goals and provide guidance on potential opportunities. Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up. Job Matching & Placements Match qualified candidates with open positions that align with their skills, experience, and career objectives. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding activities to ensure successful placements. Partner closely with recruiters, account managers, and business development teams to understand client hiring needs. Help ensure candidates meet the qualifications and expectations for open positions. Support recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition strategies across the organization. Market Research Stay informed on industry trends, hiring activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent market conditions. Use market insights to identify talent trends and sourcing opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or relationship-driven roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. Results-driven with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. Previous recruiting experience is not required; we will train the right candidate. What We Offer Base salary of $50k-55k, OTE $70k.
